A Walk Beyond, LLC (the “Company”) has created this privacy statement in order to set forth our limited use of information generated from this website.
The Company does not share information about individual users with any third party.
The Company uses your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our web site. Your IP address is used to gather broad demographic information.
The Company uses cookies to deliver content specific to your interests. A cookie is a small data file that certain web sites write to your hard drive when you visit them. The Company conforms, where applicable, with The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.  The FTC maintains a website with information on this issue.  The Company is not responsible for the content on the FTC site.  The following link is provided as part of our compliance efforts.

Kid's Privacy Act

The Company does not collect personal information directly from child users of the site.  Information supplied is provided by registered users who are members of a Premium Membership Group, pay a separate subscription fee, and agree to a subscribers agreement.  Your membership agreement can be viewed from the user home page.  The Premium Members are expected to be adults in a parental or instructor role.  In general, the only information collected directly from students are responses to tutorial lessons and tests, and does not include any personal information such as name, address, age or gender.
